This policy explains how Khime Media LLC and Khime Media FZE LLC (together "Khime Media", "we", "us") handle personal information collected through khimemedia.com.

Khime Media operates through two companies:

You can also email us at info@khimemedia.com. Information you send through this website may be handled by either company, depending on where you are and which company you deal with.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name or agency name, email address, the plan you are interested in, your message, and optionally your phone number and website or social handle. If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.
- Audit and call requests. When you ask for a free audit or an intro call we receive your name or agency name, email address, the profile link or handle you want reviewed, the platforms and goal you choose, and optionally your phone number, preferred call time and a note. We use publicly available information about the profile you give us. We never need your passwords, so please do not send them.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of a visit, for security and to keep the site running.
At the time of writing this site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
- To prepare and send your free audit and to arrange intro calls. We may use AI tools to analyse the public information on the profile you give us, and a member of our team reviews the result before we send it to you.
- To provide the services you ask us for.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Consent
You choose to send us information through the contact, audit or call forms and confirm your consent by ticking the box before you submit. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the other Khime Media company (so the right company can reply to you and provide the services), with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you (for example web hosting, email and AI analysis providers), and with authorities when the law requires it.
Third-party content
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and Google may receive your IP address. Links to WhatsApp open WhatsApp, which is governed by its own privacy policy.
International transfers
Client data is processed in the UAE, where our team delivers the work. Our service providers (for example web hosting, email and AI analysis providers) may also process information in the United States and other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
US clients contract with Khime Media LLC. All other clients contract with Khime Media FZE LLC. Whichever company you contract with, your data is handled as described in this policy, including processing in the UAE.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent. Email info@khimemedia.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law.
If you live in the United States, for example in California or another state with a privacy law, you may have additional rights, such as to know what we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. Email us to make a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
