These terms apply to your use of khimemedia.com, operated by Khime Media LLC (Wyoming, USA) and Khime Media FZE LLC (Ajman, UAE) (together "Khime Media", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them.
Our services and prices
The descriptions of our plans (AI Tools Only, Scheduling + AI Tools and Custom Content) and their monthly prices in US dollars are summaries. The scope, fees, payment and cancellation terms for your engagement are set out in the written proposal, order or agreement we agree with you.
Which company you contract with
US clients contract with Khime Media LLC. All other clients, including clients in the UAE, contract with Khime Media FZE LLC. Our team in the UAE delivers the work, and client data is processed in the UAE. Your written proposal or agreement names the company that provides the services and issues your invoices.
Free audits and intro calls
Free audits and intro calls are offered without charge and without any obligation to buy. An audit is based on publicly available information and the details you give us. It is general guidance, not a promise of results, and turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. We may decline or limit a request, for example where a profile is private or the request is not genuine.
No guarantee of results
We work to grow our clients' social presence but we cannot guarantee specific results. Examples and statistics shown on this website relate to individual client accounts and vary by account, platform and starting point.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information, and the access and approvals we need, in good time.
- Make sure you have the right to use any material you give us.
- Follow the rules of the social media platforms you use.
Third-party platforms
Social media platforms are run by third parties and are not affiliated with us. Their rules and algorithms can change and affect performance.
AI-assisted content
Our tools and services use artificial intelligence. Content produced with AI should be reviewed before it is published. The review and approval process for your account is set out in your agreement with us.
Intellectual property
The website, our branding and our tools belong to Khime Media or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your own content stays yours, and you allow us to use it as needed to deliver the services. Ownership of finished deliverables is set out in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the website or services.
Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we link to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of the UAE have jurisdiction, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
